I needed parts cut out of 1-1/2" Stainless steel, I tried to have them cut on a laser, the 2 companies i took them to said it couldn't be done with their laser, I was recommended to them, I was skeptical at first, the 2 guys that i talked to were young, then i met their dad and he assured me that if I wasn't happy with the final product not only would I not have to pay, but he would pay me for my wasted time, needless to say I took him up on that offer, I would have paid more for the final product, expectations were far exceeded.
